Xerox 7545 - Slower that usual

Hi!

I am currently working on Xerox WC 7545 and the issue is that it is producing output very slow both copying and printing. Are there any tweaks that can be done to this system to make it print faster? Perhaps reducing the quality of print or resolution...

Or maybe a firmware update?
