Xerox Docucolor 240 Not Displaying Ink/Toner Levels
Hi everyone, hope you can help.
I have a DC240 which is in perfect working order, except it does not show the ink levels. It constantly says that all toner levels are at 100% full, even after printing hundreds of copies.
Twice now a cartridge has run out completely, starving the prints of that colour until the cartridge has been replaced and the toner has had a chance to be dragged through again.
The cartridges work fine in our other DC240 and a 7665.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
