hi all. my machine's touch screen does not work. We try a new screen, but still did not work. I have ordered a new touch panel from America.

if new touch panel do not work...

Where else could be the problem?

What mean ' not work' ?
There is no icons on display or nothing hapen when you touch the display with your finger ?

touch panel does not work. I bought a complete new screen but it still did not work. Where could the problem?

you need to describe your problem with more detail, what does not working mean?

Touch screen not working on the UI is a common problem with the 250 family. If you replaced the screen and it still wont work you may have a bad pwb card inside the UI. The only way to diagnose the problem is by using a functional one and its parts to find the problem.
