I have continuous repeat marks on the right hand of the page when printing. They are approx 43mm spaces between each mark.. can anyone help on how to resolve?

If defect repeats every 43mm it is a PCR roller, if 65mm it is a Drum.

Many thanks for the information. Where is the PCR roller located? Is it in the IBT area?

PCR is located inside colour drum module. Go on YouTube for more help.
