xerox dc 430 st n-5-1 and n7-11 eroor codes?

I have a question concerning a xerox document centre 430 st. The customer called me because the mfp would basically warm up and do absolutely nothing, it would act like it was ready, I would press the print button and nothing happened. I pulled up the eroor log and n5-1 and n7-11 said they were corrected. This is a sporadic issue and I was wondering how I could correct this issue? The mfp is only being used as a copier.

Check the Option LVPS, might causing the issue. Isolate by removing options one at a time.

VERY old machine. These are "network" issues. Either the hard drive is toast or controller is going bad. You will need either a machine that works to ghost the drive or you will need a Xerox PWS to reload the hard drive.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

I have a dc440st and N7-11 normally means the network hard drive is bad.
I solved by reloading the software using pws.
I love these machines because they are reliable and rarely fail.
