i'm updating workcentre pro 255 but i have problem user interface

What update?
How do you update?
You see the machine in CWIS?

What system software level was on machine before upgrade?

For some unexpected reasons the software upgrade fail.
You need to reload the machine software again using altboot method. Also before reload software will be nice to check the controller hdd for bad sectors.
Never seen this logo with OFFICE MAX.

Are you Оffice Max Client?


If you not, try this:
Press the Access Button;
Press the following characters on the keypad: *3386736130
Press Enter.
This should cause the Copy Screen to appear.
