Hello, I've got a problem with one of my client's xerox workcentre 7225.
The machine was installed about two months ago. It has a fax option.
There was scan to email and fax to email configured there.
All of a sudden the machine stopped scanning to email.
What have I tried:
- checking if client's email account works - he has 7120 on the same network with same email and it works
- checking different email account (provided by my company and a free one) - doesn't work
- checking via my acces point (my laptop connected through android AP and connected by crosscable to the machine) - doesn't work
- new software was installed
- nvm reset was performed
The problem is that the machine doesnt really say what is wrong on the printed report, there are no codes printed on the report.
If I check SMTP through centerware it freezes (the browser says that some information was sent but it stays that forever, if I click on any link it takes me there)
Scan to SMB works fine.
