    Open a browser and enter machine IP address.
    What's going on?

      la machine connecter 5 Second. then controlle network booting anew
      the browser not opening the machine

        The machine branded office max or is another machine ?


        You have to use AltBoot:
        The AltBoot procedure erases the customer Optional Services like:
        (Network Scanning; E-Mail; Internet Fax; Network Accounting; Server Fax; Hard Disk Overwrite; Xerox Standard Accounting.)
        Check with the customer, that they have the necessary codes to enable their Optional Services.



        First: Reset ESS configuration to defaults.
        Second: Install ESS software again.
        Version which should load is 13.060.17.000.
        You can see it on a label on the back of the controller and the hard disk too.


        Do you have PWS?
        Got Diagnostic tools for 275Family?
        Got WorkCentre Pro 275 Family Service Manual (EDOC)? GP 4 Mashine Software is your guiding light.
        Do you have the necessary software (13.060.17.000)?

            You must install a clean software on to machine using altboot method.

              i have PWS

              and diagnostic tool for docucolor 250 ... but for 275Family i dont have .

              pleas or I can find Diagnostic tools for 275Family and software (13.060.17.000)

                You have PM from me. The procedure is a little different because the machine has accounting enabled.
