Probably MCU NVM Pwb is bad. Read GP10 from service manual but be sure you have another mcu nvm pwb.

Hello
does anyone know how to fix this error?
024-360: An error has been detected by the Controller during communications with the Printer. User intervention is required to Power Off/Power On the machine.
When I turned off and on the machine I got a new error "124-315"
But it still wont let me print and I cant seem to reset the new error either.
