Toner level does not reset with new toner cartridge

Hi All,

I just put a new black toner cartridge in my Xerox WC7335 and it does not recognize it as a new cartridge. It still says to insert a new cartridge. The toner percentage amount stays the same as the previous cartridge 7%. What can I do to fix it? Any ideas?

Rear side of each toner cartridge has small metal plate.
You could slide this metal plate to the center or slide it back.
Right position of this metal plate give the information to the toner cartrige sensor,that the new toner cartridge was insert to the machine.
