Xerox 7755 how do I disable FDI/Equitrac external counter device?

Hello fellow techies! I have a Xerox 7755 with one of those Equitrac external accounting devices installed. How do I disable the FDI(foreign device interface) so it doesn't keep asking me to swipe a card?! Is this a physical jumper that's missing, or can I disable it electronically? Thanks for everyone input in advance!

What software version is onto machine ?

Can you enter in Tools menu as administrator ?

No, when I hit the login key, it goes back to the swipe card screen. I thought there were buttons to hold down while powering up the machine that takes you to a admin mode, but I dont remember..

Try to enter into WebUI interface of the machine from a computer, but I think also this options is disabled.
The easy way is to remove the FDI and reload the machine software but it is your machine or someone else machine ?.
