Xerox Phaser 7800

I have a Xerox Phaser 7800 showing ready to print but is not printing. Even the configuration page, usage page, supplies page and other
reference materials are not printing although UI says job is submitted for printing.
Controller Test patterns in diagnostics are also not printing. Only Engine test patterns in diagnostics are able to print. Thinking of a faulty Controller PWB.

-Adjustment-DC301-Engine-System reset ( or/and same for the controller) before to go any further.
