i have a xerox work center pro 5655 but last day i was go to tools but the machine have enablement tools requst
i go to dignostic and initial the machine and reset master pin but dont solve the problem
please helpppppppp

Please is anybody have NVM file for wc 5645 (*.nvb) with (ser.no.) Costumer lose floppy disk, and battery die.
I don't have on field this type .
