[Misc] Docucolor 12 printing blank pages after clean up from fiery and glass

After Cleaning the IBT, i put everything back and now the machine doesnt print/copies , everything comes out blank. Also now i got a 10-356 code. Which i was getting here and there but not as often. Please help. Before cleaning the machine was printing/copying with light random lines cross from paper path Which i know normally is the IBT belt dirty and possibly the clutch too, which both were. Now it just wont print. WOnder if it might be the drum dead.
