[Error Type]

• Sub System Fail

[Fault Content]

• Initialization error between IOT-ESS

[Detection Conditions]

• The IOT Driver initialization failed.

[Corrective Actions]

• Turn the power OFF then ON. If the problem persists, perform the following procedure to repair it.
  OF-06 IOT System Fail
  (No need to replace the ESS PWB.)

hi, i have the same problem on my Fuji xerox apc4300 error code 024-360. can give step by step Corrective Actions that i need to do.. already change the IOT but still same

Found several fixes for this code in Bullitens, bad crum on drum, or crum detached from drum handle,
faulty right interlock,
faulty main power switch - dc power missing ( most common fix )
Ess hdd
mcu pwb
