You have NVM corrupt. Try to reload NVM from MRD.
Doy have PWS and WC5632-WC5687F Diagnostic Tools?
You need to run NVM Save and Restore.

What is the exact wording of the message?

When you select the supplies page on the machine UI, what does it show for the percentage of life on the fusing unit?

Maybe it is possible that you have the wrong type of fuser. There are 2 different fusing units.

The lower speed fusing unit works in the 5632, 5638, 5645, 5655.

The higher speed fusing unit works in the 5665, 5675, 5687.

An easy way to tell the difference is the lower exit guide on the low speed fuser latches and you need to press both ends in to unlatch while the higher speed fuser does not latch and is held shut with a spring.

Also, Both the low speed fuser and the high speed fuser come in 2 different types as well. There is a "sold" fuser and a "metered" fuser. Depending on how your machine was set up, one version will not work.

If you have the wrong type of fusing unit, most likely when you check the supplies page on the UI it will not indicate a percentage of life but report that you have an incorrect supply or no supply installed.

If you have corrupt NVM as Livewire suggested, access the service mode from the machine UI and perform a full NVM reset. This will set the NVM back to factory default. The only thing you may need to do afterward is the registration adjustment (very easy to do).
