Hi ,

does anyone knows how to extend fuser life span for this model?how to disable option overwrite hdd ?when i print pdf files and collated the 2nd sets will pause at machine and hang .i need delete the job and machine will back to normal ??

You can reset the fuser HFSI through the PWS diagnostic tool or replace the reset fuse in the fuser.
