Xerox 7328 Pro Finisher (booklet) Adjustments?

Hello
Does anyone know how to adjust the folder for a Xerox 7328 Pro Finisher (booklet). The paper does not fold directly in half, there is about a 1/4 of a inch difference between the two ends. It only happens with 8.5x11" paper. The 11x17" folds right
