Centreware Issues

Hello All,

I am having issues accessing centreware on my Workcentre 7132. I have tried the default (11111, x-admin) to no avail. I have removed the system admin password on the machine itself, still no luck. Any ideas on how to approach this? Thanks....

If the default login does not work and doing a system admin login reset does not work, I would suggest doing a software altboot.
