Need PWS for WC5150 and Service Manual

I would like to buy the PWS software with EDOC's for the WC5150 and the service manual.

I have a fully functioning GSN lock client (11). We are a Xerox dealer and service several of the Xerox Printers and MFP's.

I will be going to school in June for training on the WC 5135 & WC5150.

But just had two new customers call out of the blue who need service on their WC5150's NOW!!

Hate to blow them off just because I don't have the service tools and documentation yet.

Any help would be appreciated.

OK, first of all, I am the very newest of noobs for Xerox, so take this with a grain of salt.
But I think there is a way to do that through the Bus Station. One of the tabs on the right hand side of the window if I understand it correctly.

Close but no cigar.

That let's me see Eurka tips and etc.

But I need the stuff from the GSN library.

My current GSN library doesn't have the WC5150 stuff in it yet because I haven't completed the 5 day training class in Rosemont, Ill. yet.

I think you can use 5687Family EDOC.

Yes this would work for the service manual.

But I do not have access to the WC5632 service manual you show.

There is no separate EDOC for the 5135 & 5150. Use the 5632 / 5645 Edoc.

This may help. These 51xx machines are really used 56xx machines that have been factory reworked and rebadged. Have seen many DOA.

Would you happen to know what the "password" is for changing NVRAM DC131??

I need to change from a 6 to a 8.

I also need the 20/21/120.39.00 software if anyone has it?

Machine has a "Machine ID Error" after installing new IOT PWB

I got two different answers "1934" and "1962"

You can download software level 21.120.52.000 from xerox.com

Click on the support and drivers tab, enter 5150 into the search window. Scroll all the way down for firmware.
