Fiery exp260 software reload/hdd replacement procedure

Hello everyone, long time no see.
I need exp260 software reload procedure or harddisk replacement procedure for brand new hdd. I know that there is procedure described in the bus as pdf document but I don't have access to is.
PRoblem is that someone who is not technician has tried to install clean winxp and after that performed low level format. Now when the dvd with software is inside it shows that is booting kernel and just hangs there.

Are you sure you're using the right SW.

Booting from Kernel is a Linux program.

      Yes I am sure.
I used another other DVD disk and after waiting long enough SW was re installed.

If you have access to another device, clone the HDD from a good working device and apply that clone to your problem machine. After that, just make sure you reconfigure it.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

Cloning is a very viable option, in fact i much prefer writing out a clone of a freshly installed machine over doing the reinstall itself.

However if you dont have a second machine youll need the 260 software, you enter it into the cd drive, and get instructions on screen and on the small display panel on top of the machine.
To verify, you are talking about an exp 260 right ?

Basically, install windows and the partition information from the first disc. then at some stage during the install it asks for further discs and you have to click through some stuff in windows.

The booting from kernel is the small unix/linux bit that starts before windows does, its normal, however it should continue into windows after.
Alternatively you could by accident have used the bustle 242/252/260 software which is isolinux only, that will never work on this machine.

Ive seen this one before, but in an exp250. I tried swapping disks with a perfectly fine exp250 and it still gave the error, so i concluded that it was not software based. my first guess would be the controller card malfunctioning, try to swap it for another if you have one and test.

I don't have machine to try with another hardware. At my place is only the EXP260.
I figured out that the first failure is when CWS finishes search for servers, and after that Efi Fiery service is stopped. After stopping if I try to start the service or try Restart Fiery from the bar it is shown again.

This is what happens when I try to restart Fiery.exe

Were you able to get the disks to reload software ? can you send it to me in a link to download the three disks ? abuadeeb77@gmail.com
