you must have cd with system software
On this cd you'll find how the dip switchs must be.
But, first, you can remove hdd from Fiery an check if it is good. Use a computer for that

May be I can help you depending for what software version do you have on Fiery controller

try swapping the SCSI cable (cable between fiery and copier) and see what happens.. YES 00 is a good thing.
