    Xerox DC 250 no response from UI display

    Good Day, I am having a problem with a xerox dc 250 display not responding.

    I thought it was a simple call, to either perform ui touch panel point correction adjustment or replace touch panel assembly.

    The adjustment did not work. And when I replace touch panel with a working one , now that is doing the same thing, not responding.

    Please help!!

    Connect to the machine with the DC250 pws tool and see what errors pop-up

      Also try pulling out the ESS and re-seating the UI card. They easily work out of the plug.

          Did you try to swap the card on the ESS board with a known working one?

            No I don't have another ui board to try, but during my troubleshooting I took a working ui assembly with the cable and put that on the machince that was not working and now the working ui assembly is not working. It seems that the ui board or ess could be fault?
