Hello and thanks for reading. I'm trying to disable esmart solutions on WC 5675 can't seem to find the option in the web interface. Thanks in advance for any help.

That was actually the first place I looked... It had information for other models that I am already familiar with (wc57xx & wc76xx) The wc5675 appears to have a different interface.

Just saw your edited post. As I said this is where I went first, the information provided does not apply to the machine I am referring to. There isn't a "SMart eSolutions setup link" nor is there an "not enrolled" radio button

From a computer, open an Internet browser window.
Enter the IP address of the printer in the Address field, and then press [Enter] on the keyboard. The CentreWare Internet Services window will be displayed.
Click on the [Properties] tab.
Enter the user name and password in the fields provided, and then click on the [Login] button.

NOTE: The default user name is "admin" (case sensitive), and the default password is "1111".


Click on the [General Setup] to expand the list of options.
Click on the [SMart eSolutions Setup] link.
Click on the [Not Enrolled] radio button.
Click on the [Apply] button.
A "Properties have been successfully modified" message will be displayed. Click [OK].
Close the browser window.

What software version is the device?
Search in HELP of CWIS.

Try to upgrade Software via CWIS.

This is System Software version 21.120.52.000

For each case, make sure that you have everything optional codes such as network scanning, Email and more.

Then try with How to disable Smart eSolutions using CWIS.

It happens when the device lost network/internet connection.
But you have a connection with the device through CWIS.
UI says it lost connection to the Smart eSolutions server and to contact the system administrator.
All network settings right? Can you print? Can you scan?

If you can't disable SMART eSolutions from WEBUI interface, Properities-SMarteSolutionsSetup-SMarteSolutions Enrollment=Not Enrolled, Then the only choice is to reload machine software using Altboot method.

Please is anybody have NVM file for wc 5645 (*.nvb) with (ser.no.) Costumer lose floppy disk, and battery die.

To disable esmart solution try to change NVM value in 700-498.
