can anyone help..i have a xerox 8860 mfp which wont boot up.

It doesnt go through any kind of warm up or initialize,the only thing that happens is all the green lights light up and the copy count led says 100.20140211_135942.jpg

I would start with the software module.

I would check to make sure it has the hard drive, that is if your model came with one. The hard drive would be located behind the back door with the 2 thumb screws.
