    [Error Code] have workcentre pro 32 with 1% remaining on belt cleaner assembly and transfer roller

    having hard time finding those parts for this model. any suggestions?

    and is there a code to allow scan to email?

    04-516 The IBT Belt Cleaner assembly needs to be replaced soon. Schedule Service. Printing can continue. Trained
    04-517 The Transfer Roller unit needs to be replaced soon. Schedule Service. Printing can continue. Trained
    01-550 The machine is currently in Power Saver Mode. No user intervention is required. Printing will start when a job is received from the network or a scan job is ready to print. No Intervention Required

      You can remove the IBT cleaner and clean it. But is more safe to replace the IBTcleanner assy.
      Transfer roll can be reseted if it's in a good condition but for that you need to enter diagnostic mode.
      The diagnostic mode is not builtin into machine so you need pws tool software for do that.
      For activating scan option you must to insert a chip into back net controller.
