Jams in Xerox Light Production Finisher.

I am stumped as to the cause of consistent Jams I am getting on a Xerox Light Production Finisher attached to a Xerox DocuColor 260. The jam occurs in area A2 when running letter paper face down. Letter face up runs fine. If the sheet is 2 sided, letter SEF and face up must be used otherwise the jam occurs. 2 sided letter face up or down causes the jam. 11 x 17 runs fine. When the machine jams, there is no damage to the paper.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

change the curl direction using the buttons on finisher and you will be fine
