[Error Code] 062-380 Xerox Docucolor 260

Have Docucolor 260 with error 062-380, have check for anything blocking the light path, cleaned outside and inside the glass, all mirrors and lens, exposure light is good and white reference strip
under the glass is clean. I believe I may have a bad lens assy. , but I would like to be as sure as possible, any sugestions from anybody highly appreciated.
