fault code 10-386

    fault code 10-386

    when i turn on the machine i get the fault code 10-386, i changed the "external heat roll overheat thermistor" and the "control thermistor" and its giving me the same code when i turn it on again ....i check the lamp and it looks ok, please help

    reset nvm 777-160 to 0

          you do not need computer for this
          just enter in diagnostic go to dc 131 NVM read write and change location 777-160 to 0.

          This will reset this error code but just in case that everything else ok (lamp, thermistors, temofuse)

          if not you will again get same code.

          and suggest you to find service manual, you will need it if want to maintenace this machine.
