Hi

I'm looking for Pin code for DC 560 to put normal cartridges into machine (machine was Page Pack machine). How can unblock this (machine says "toner error"

You need to call in Xerox service support in Your country to change service plan. Only they can arrive and install special snippet files to machine.
It is not possible to do it Yourself.

Hi

The only way i solved this problem, was buying chips for non metered tonner.

Now the machine works great.
