    Xerox Nuvera 120 PEM-08-9010

    We are experiencing a PEM-08-9010 code on our machine.

    The code is displaying that we need clear all areas 1-7. However, all 7 areas are completely clear.

    Any good recommendations on how to diagnose this error?

        Check the rear and front registration sensors.

          Are the registration sensors located above area 2?

          I have my PWS open but cannot figure out locations...

            We have check both registration sensors and even swapped them out with another set from a different machine.

            The same error is occurring. Any other recommendations?

              Follow PEM10-7005 procedure from edoc. Good chance for malfunctioning of REG Cntrl pwb.
