DCC 400 Error 004 347

i have one machine always come out this code ( can reset ) but always come out . any solution ?

transfer belt (IBT) is dirty orr damaged
Check belt and belt cleaner assembly

[TechMate]

besides checking IBT belt and IBT cleaner assy, verify if the steering roll spring is attached/ mounted correctly in the IBT frame.
