Color Qube 9303 Error Codes

    [Error Code] Color Qube 9303 Error Codes

    Hi All,

    I have a Color Qube 9303 with the following error codes showing up.

    092-572 & 094-534

    It will not allow any copying or printing.


    Any info on what these errors pertain to would be helpful .

    I do not have any SM's for this model.

    Also it appears that the paper trays are not lifting and therefore giving a out of paper message too,

    not sure if this is related to 1 or both of the error messages.

          94 code is from drum drive belt ( green one ). Problem is with this belt or drum driver pwb or rear bearing is defect.
          92 code probably is the consequence of the 94 error code

              Thanks all for the support.

              It ended up being the Drum Driver belt ( was still black one). It was in tatters and had stopped the drive motor from turning.

              Replaced belt, no further issues.

              I truly thank everyone for the answers and support.

                  If your old drum drive belt was frayed, make sure to remove the drum drive motor and inspect the pulley / drive shaft for strands of the old belt that can get wrapped up around the motor shaft. I've had a number of machines where this happened and I had to cut away strands from the old belt to free up the motor.

                      We already did that.

                      It took like 20 mins to get all the strands off the pulley!!!
