xerox wc 7225 media image overwright failure message

I have a Xerox with a message that will not reset no matter what I do it keeps saying media image overwrite failure. But the copier printer features still work and machine is operable. How do I get rid of this message?
The model number is Xerox wc 7225.

Hello,

Try to disable to the immediate image overwrite, you might have to login as the Admin to preform this.

If you log in to the machine as the admin you should be able to access in tools a feature called on demand image overwrite. You may need to preform the full image overwrite option. Just make sure you do this when you are not planning to use the machine for a while as it can take a few hours to complete.
