    xerox DC 156

    Hi,

    Could someone help me out, i have this copier Xerox Document Center 156 and have just replace the toner for but it still Display to replace Toner Cartrigde.I Replace it again with a new toner but still display the same Message, Is there any way i could clear the Error message.

    Replace with genuine toner cartridge product code CT200401.

      Thanks for replying but i have the genuie toner with me but it still comes up with the same error, any ideas

        You have to make sure it actually IS a genuine toner cart from Xerox. Try a different one.

          there might be a problem on toner/xero pwb part number 160K95830.
          this pwb is attached to the machine. crum or toner cartridge monitoring uses the rfid technology and hard to reset. if crum attached to cartridge is good, there migth be a problem on toner/xero pwb.
