error code 11-322 on Xerox PRO 55

I faced the problem with Xerox PRO 55, paper jam happens very often.
I looked at error code list, and I saw the same error code 11-322 after paper jams.

Does any body faced this situation? Or any body could help with information (any information) about this

The cause of the problem: ejector fails. It needed to have been cleaned.
