[Error Code] xerox dc 240 fiery displays FF code

Hi all
I have this xerox 240 with a FF code displayed on the fiery
on the home screen the only feature i can access is the copy
the scanner is not being recognized, i tried reseating all cables
POPO still no change any help on this is appreciated.

You need to reload Fiery software.
Before that check the Fiery's hdd

Hi,

Check the dip switch(two small white switches) just below de FF screen, they sholud be in the off position for normal operation, you switch them to the on position when loading software to the firey, once loaded switch back to off position.

If the FF is shown with the switches in the off position, then you have hardware related problem on the fiery (Memory, Processor, HDD, main board).
