fiery controller not working

need help
just received a dc242 with fiery controller from the port.i runned it before shipping it. now i power it up and the controller rrunning with 00 on the display but not connecting with the copier.
what do i do since am not very familiar with these dc 242.thanks

Check the cable connection from Fiery to the machine.
Also you can open the Fiery and check power, sata cables and the memory dimm's
If everything is ok the you need to reload software on Fiery. Before that is a good option to check the hdd for bad sectors or even bad hdd. If you dont have the Fiery software, you can send me mail at stoadis@gmail.com
