Hi all,
I've searching for scanner drive belt part no. because in the part list it is not listed, i have part no. for 55-87 ppm. but i need only 32-55 ppm part no.

Thanks for the answer, but as I said in first post that I have the code for 5655-5687 machines this part.no (023E25140).
In service manual 5632-5645 models the part no is not listed. We have the 023E25140 but it's lenght is different and it not fit.

Did you tried to move carriage motor ( with bracket ) right to left ?

Yes, but the belt that part no. You sent is way to long and the when the motor not spins the belt and the axis with cables, the only way I think is search for belt for exactly 5632 machine, or order all scanner unit

Weird !
Even the WC57xx machine use same belt. Look in 5790 edoc rep 14.13

Weird! Nope we also tried WC5740 machine scanner belt, it is also too long very similar with part. no You wrote belt, but not it not fits also If we will find the solution I promiso to write in this tread Maybe another member knows part no. waiting for answers.

May be you find second hand machine dc535, WCP35, WCP245.
Use same type of scanner

023E25140 is the correct part #. If it does not fit you either are installing incorrectly or you have a broken bearing or other mechanical problem.

Directions for replacement are:

1. Remove the front scan cable (REP 14.12)

2. Remove the scanner motor flywheel.

3. Remove the circlip from the front end of the scanner drive shaft.

4. Push the drive shaft inboard and remove the bearing.

5. Remove the drive belt from the motor shaft.

6. Remove the belt from the drive shaft.

Reverse directions to install new belt.

We solved the problem. Another our service department sent for us belt from broken WC5645 machine. Thank's for trying help guys.
