Xerox ColorQube 8900 admin password

Hello Guys,

I need to reset the admin password for a Xerox ColorQube 8900X
I know there is a Xerox tool for resetting the password.

You have to hold the * 3 and C key and then you need to enter a code generated by the tool
I know you need the serialnumber and the total counter to use this.

Who has this tool and want to share this with me (and the rest of the forum)

I hope somebody is so kind to share this.

Do you have a PWS with GSN?? As the "tool" you speak of "communicates" back to Xerox to generate the unlock code. So without a PWS with GSN your might be stuck. You can possibly call Xerox and they might give it you; the unlock code not the "tool" that is.
