Have this machine with service code 392.315 , 392.673 and 389.610 and no one has a service manual for it so can anyone tell what we are looking at the black copies are wash out and i think it is something to will the density sensor or the drum unit. the color copies are not bad even with the black washout.

Bad black developer assy or black ATC sensor
There is not or is faint patch on IBT when MOB sensor read the control patches

Thanks we are only a Xerox dealer and not a a agent for this model machine so i guess we will pass them on to someone else.
