xerox dc 250 nvm code 751-448 not responding

    xerox dc 250 nvm code 751-448 not responding

    i am working on two of my xerox dc 250. the nvm 751-448 set to 1 works in my one machine but it does not work on another..
    some one please help me.. as i am using no of drum crum (chip) to start the copy n print on machine...
    please help me with this problem.
    what should i do for this so that my another machine also validate the nvm for drum life which is 751-448 to 1.
    which start the print showing the message for order a new drum catrige.

    Probably the two machine have different software levels.
    May be if you need to have same level software for both machine

      by reseting them to factory reset..??

        By reloading the software version on to machine who dont work 751-448

          or ther is some other nvm value for the updated software verson..?

            What software is the machine on? Have you tried putting it back to 0, then rebooting a couple of times, setting it to 1, reboot and check, most of the time they just need a little nudge to work!

              yes i have tried. the machine sets the value to 1 but the printing is not on. it still display replace your drum catrige.
              while in other machine printing is on and it display just to oder a new drum catrige.
              and the machine which is not printing is running on software verson VGY 1.231.7 VERSON.

                      After some time chip die and you need to replace drum or chip even if nvm 751-448 is set to 1.
