can any one help me to reset drum catrige chip or is there any other way to sense it to the machine so that machine continue printing..?

buy a drum crum there is no way to reset the counter just replace the chip, google the crum 3 color and 1 bw crum. 1 for each drum.

DC250CNB for the black drum
DC250CNC for the color drums

1 screw removes the front cover of the drum. That's where you'll find the chip.
