xerox 5222 016-315 error code. how do i get past that?

Simple One.... Check the connection of each connector between the IIT and IOT.

If not replace IIT/IPS PWB (PART#960K32482), if you still get the problem then sadly it's time to replace the MCU PWB (PART# 960K35863)
