hello friends black color is too light ,how can I solve it, maybe it needs adjusment . and how can I enter to service mode,thanks in advance.

If the problem is only with black and the cyan, magenta and yellow look fine, the problem is most likely the black drum unit. The wc7120 drums are a combination of drum and developer units so they are pretty much all inclusive. Just to make sure its not simply toner build up on the print head, first use the cleaning wand located on the inside of the front cover to clean the print heads. If that does not help, replace the black drum cartridge.
