Error "Xerographic module cleaning failure has occurred. Copy and printing not available." I'm a new tech and really need some help getting this resolved. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!
Check the home position sensor for the corona cleaner. Check the corona cleaner for binding. Make sure all the connectors on the IOT main board are plugged in properly. If you have another drum cartridge you can try that.
