Docucolor 12 Cobra gl2 Rip (fiery)

Guys,

I'm a PC support engineer trying to install a Docucolor 12 with a cobra rip (gl2) on a Windows 2003 server....We have no software for the Rip and I have searched Xerox and google to no avail for the drivers for this......is it me been stupid

DC 12 with cobra rip is Xerox Document Centre Color Series 50.

But for Win 2003 do not have driver.

Did you tried to use WIN XP driver which can find on Xerox web page.

I have tried both the 2000 and XP driver and I am sure one of them will work, but something isn't setup right......the printer has the right network settings as I can access the Web control panel from the server, but when I go to print a test page all I get back is that the Job failed. The two points to note that are on the status it says: "Tray Open" (not sure if this means the door? perhaps a faulty sensor) or is this normal. The second is the creation of the TCP/IP port which I am setting up, I have just selected defaults and set to RAW is this where I am going wrong?
