Jamming with Adobe indesign or jpeg file

I'm having a weird problem with a 560 with fiery core will jamming on 1st copy at the fuser from a dog ear at the rear folded up only when printing from Adobe indesign file or jpeg file can print everything out and copy anything perfectlybut 1st page of an indesign or jpeg file it will jamming inside fuser or exit rollers. There is no finisher attached. I'm thinking it might be a fiery or indesign issue and hope someone has run into this problem already with a solution.

what is fiery software version?

did you check xerox site for patches?
