So I am installing an SFN-4 to a DC-242 both used equipment.
Flap 1A in the finisher I am told on the DC242 has to be to the left but as I move it to the left to attach to the magnet, it's held back by a tang on the rear that prevents it going back and the sprint pressure of not having the rear seated correctly is making it jump off the magnet and swing - causing a fault on the 242.
I can post a photo if that helps but anyone know how 1A is meant to be located?
Thanks a million
Steve
