Can impose when setting up hot folders but not in CWS 5

I have a new DC242 + EX260 with Fiery 8V2 software and I have the impose dongle.

When I set up the remote computer with CWS 5.5 and insert the dongle into the computer (Mac) I can see the impose option when configuring a hot folder but when I use CWS to access the hold queue on the Fiery, the impose option is grayed out.


Any ideas? Is impose downloaded automatically with CWS or is there a separate download (checked EFI but couldn't find one)

OK, it's fixed but not sure how. After a couple of restarts the impose option appeared - on the server with the dongle attached it opens and runs although I am at a loss to see why they charge $2500 as it seems to have fairly limited features! On the workstation it runs in demo mode and I need to see if I can transfer the dongle from the server to it - I don't have the original documentation so don't know if I can use it without the original license code - or if I can get the license code from the server.
